Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide physical examination services for the elderly in Jinqiao Town in ****. The number of people participating in the physical examination is about 8,**0, and the maximum price of the physical examination for the elderly is **9 yuan/person. This project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed once a year. In combination with the service situation, the contract can be renewed for the next year with the agreement of both parties. This service period is from April **, **** to June **, ****. 2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、須具有衛(wèi)生行政部門(mén)核發(fā)的《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)執(zhí)業(yè)許可證》；
4、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or www.ccgp.gov.cn in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for credit breaking, major tax law and credit breaking subjects, and serious illegal and credit breaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3, must have the "medical institution practice license" issued by the health administration department; 4.
