3、其他資格要求：施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：人員配備要求（人）：5；崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專(zhuān)業(yè)中級(jí)職稱(chēng)）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級(jí)園林綠化工1人（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）。
說(shuō)明：1）上述人員配備數(shù)量和崗位要求系最低配備要求；對(duì)于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項(xiàng)目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；
2）*崗位不得同時(shí)兼任兩個(gè)及以上項(xiàng)目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子信息卡或《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)》同時(shí)具備園林專(zhuān)業(yè)中級(jí)職稱(chēng)，且無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目記錄；
3）本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商文件所涉及的園林專(zhuān)業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專(zhuān)業(yè)；
