(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、 項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有《上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子卡》或園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱；
5、 園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》，且無本市在建項(xiàng)目記錄；
6、 企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
7、 擬派管理人員要求：根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況設(shè)置，最低應(yīng)為4人（含）以上，且需包含園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員(取樣員)各1名；
8、 本項(xiàng)目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
9、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
