簡要規(guī)則描述：為統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、配置資源、合理布局，有序推進(jìn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施，聘請專業(yè)第三方團(tuán)隊(duì)對“五好兩宜”和美鄉(xiāng)村試點(diǎn)區(qū)域編制整體規(guī)劃實(shí)施方案，具體工作內(nèi)容包括前期調(diào)研、申報(bào)文件編制、和美鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃編制、統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各專業(yè)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施管理、流程服務(wù)和其他服務(wù)。（具體要求詳見競爭性磋商文件—第三章 采購需求書）。
Brief Specification Description:In order to make overall planning, allocate resources, rational layout, and orderly promote the implementation of construction projects, a professional third-party team has been hired to prepare the overall planning implementation plan for the pilot area of "Five good and two good" Hemimei Village. The specific work content includes preliminary research, preparation of declaration documents, preparation of Hemimei Village planning, overall coordination of various specialties, project implementation management, process services and other services. (Detailed requirements can be found in the Competitive Consultation document - Chapter III Procurement Requirements Letter).

5.本項(xiàng)目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
6.本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established in China (the project does not accept the branch to participate in the procurement activities in its own name); 4. Have the urban and rural planning qualification certificate issued by the administrative department of urban and rural planning level B or above. 5. This project is only for the procurement of medium, small and micro suppliers; 6. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
