簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程為I等工程，水工建筑物級別應根據(jù)工程等別及其在工程中的重要性確定，本工程主要在海塘內(nèi)青坎上進行換填土、綠化種植等海塘附屬設施建設，上述設施損壞后不會立即造成海塘出險，因此可定為3級建筑物。主要內(nèi)容為對海塘管理樁號**+**7~**+**7和**+**8~**+**8段的****m海塘進行生態(tài)化改造。具體改造內(nèi)容包括外坡生態(tài)改造，內(nèi)青坎綠化整治，增設巡檢步道、內(nèi)坡臺階及欄桿、防護門、喊話系統(tǒng)等。
Brief Specification Description:This project is a Class I project, and the level of hydraulic structures should be determined based on the project grade and its importance in the project. The project mainly involves the construction of seawall ancillary facilities such as replacement soil and green planting on the green ridges inside the seawall. If the above facilities are damaged, it will not immediately cause danger to the seawall, so it can be classified as a Class 3 building. The main content is to carry out ecological transformation of the ****m seawall in sections **+**7-**+**7 and **+**8-**+**8 of the seawall management stake. The specific renovation content includes the ecological renovation of the outer slope, the greening and improvement of the inner Qingkan, the addition of inspection trails, inner slope steps and railings, protective doors, and shouting systems.

（7）符合《關于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
