簡要規(guī)則描述：高橋鎮(zhèn)高新路以東、草高支路以南、紫竹雅苑以西、名揚(yáng)佳園以北綠地面積****.**平方米（不包括太平天國烈士墓）。該區(qū)域地形局部高差較大，北側(cè)地形較高，園路形式單一，缺少休憩設(shè)施及遮風(fēng)擋雨構(gòu)筑等。為進(jìn)一步深化林長制工作，本項(xiàng)目擬實(shí)施仰園景觀提升工程。主要工程內(nèi)容涉及：綠化、休憩設(shè)施更新，景觀改造，道路鋪裝，平臺、氛圍燈光打造，排水系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單/圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:Gaoqiao Town to the east of Gaoxin Road, south of Caogao Branch Road, west of Zizhu Yayuan, north of Mingyangjia Garden green area of ****.** square meters (excluding the tomb of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom martyrs). In this area, the local height difference is large, the north side of the terrain is high, the form of the garden road is single, and the lack of leisure facilities and wind and rain construction. In order to further deepen the work of forest manager system, the project intends to implement the landscape upgrading project of Yangyuan Garden. The main project contents include: greening, recreation facilities renewal, landscape transformation, road paving, platform, atmosphere lighting, drainage system construction, etc. (Please refer to the Bill of Quantities/drawings for specific quantities and requirements.)

2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；

崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級園林綠化工1人（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）。
說明：
1）上述人員配備數(shù)量和崗位要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項(xiàng)目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；
2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項(xiàng)目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子信息卡或《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》同時具備園林專業(yè)中級職稱，且無在建項(xiàng)目記錄；
3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；
