簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)的方式，擇優(yōu)選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商對(duì)張江鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)內(nèi)普通居民區(qū)住宅進(jìn)行違建建筑排摸，預(yù)估總套數(shù)****0套。具體工作內(nèi)容包括：批量全景相機(jī)掃樓、初步整理疑似違建部位、利用無(wú)人機(jī)拍攝、甄別是否違建、對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的疑似違建點(diǎn)位至相關(guān)部門(mén)調(diào)閱圖紙并進(jìn)行比對(duì)、確認(rèn)違建部位、違建尺寸、計(jì)算面積、制作違建清單、按要求完成文檔制作等。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The project intends to select a qualified supplier to carry out illegal building mapping of ordinary residential areas in the jurisdiction of Zhangjiang Town through public means, with an estimated total of **,**0 units. The specific work content includes: scanning the building with a batch of panoramic cameras, preliminarily sorting out the suspected illegal construction parts, using drone shooting, screening whether it is illegal construction, reviewing the drawings of the suspected illegal construction points found to the relevant departments and comparing them, confirming the illegal construction parts, illegal building size, calculating the area, making illegal construction lists, and completing document production as required. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
