（4）本項目非專門面向中小企業(yè)項目。
（5）本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) The supplier must have the first-class general contracting qualification for hydraulic and hydropower engineering construction, the project manager must hold the first-level registered constructor qualification in the specialty of hydraulic and hydropower engineering, and must also possess a Safety Production Assessment Certificate (B certificate) issued by the water administration department. All other construction personnel must be certified to work.
