簡要規(guī)則描述：對單筆維修金額為5（含）萬元以上，**（不含）萬元以下的維修內(nèi)容進(jìn)行綜合修繕。維修范圍主要包括：（1）居民區(qū)辦公和活動場所及其配套設(shè)施；（2）街道辦事處以及各職能部門辦公場所及其配套設(shè)施；（3）文化中心、社區(qū)事務(wù)受理中心、黨群服務(wù)中心、社區(qū)學(xué)校等街道公共服務(wù)場所及其配套設(shè)施；（4）老舊小區(qū)公共部位和公共設(shè)施等。
維修內(nèi)容主要包括：（1）室內(nèi)外墻面粉刷、修復(fù)等；（2）建筑屋頂、屋面修復(fù)，防水翻做等；（3）門窗及附屬設(shè)施更換、維修；（4）強弱電線路維修、布線等；（5）給排水設(shè)施、設(shè)備更換、維修等；（6）路面、地面修復(fù)；（7）其他經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)需要維修的內(nèi)容。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:The maintenance contents mainly include: (1) indoor and outdoor wall painting, repair, etc.;(2) building roof, roof repair, waterproof inversion, etc.;(3) replacement and maintenance of doors, windows and auxiliary facilities;(4) maintenance and wiring of strong and weak electric lines;(5) replacement and maintenance of water supply and drainage facilities, equipment, etc.;(6) pavement and ground repair;(7) other approved maintenance contents. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（6）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With the construction project general contracting qualification level three and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above in construction engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
