簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：（一）根據(jù)《水閘安全評(píng)價(jià)導(dǎo)則》（SL**4-****），對(duì)外高橋泵閘、滴水湖出海閘和蘆潮引河水閘進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、安全檢測(cè)、復(fù)核計(jì)算和安全評(píng)價(jià)；根據(jù)導(dǎo)則要求編制安全評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告包括工程現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析報(bào)告、安全檢測(cè)報(bào)告、安全復(fù)核報(bào)告、安全評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告。報(bào)告編制應(yīng)符合規(guī)定和規(guī)范要求，成果需通過(guò)行業(yè)部門審查。
（二）根據(jù)《水工鋼閘門和啟閉機(jī)安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)規(guī)程》（SL**1-****），對(duì)外高橋泵閘、滴水湖出海閘和蘆潮引河水閘的閘門和啟閉機(jī)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、復(fù)核計(jì)算、安全評(píng)價(jià)，并出具閘門和啟閉機(jī)安全檢測(cè)報(bào)告。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:(I) According to the Guidelines for Safety Assessment of Water Gates (SL**4-****), conduct status surveys, safety inspections, recalculation checks, and safety assessments on the Waigaoqiao Pumping Station, the Dianshui Lake Outlet Gate, and the Luchaoyin River Water Gate; compile safety assessment reports according to the guidelines' requirements, including engineering status survey and analysis reports, safety inspection reports, safety recalculation reports, and safety assessment reports. The report preparation should comply with regulations and standards, and the results must pass industry department reviews.
(II) In accordance with the Technical Code for Safety Inspection of Hydraulic Steel Gates and Hoists (SL**1-****), conduct on-site inspections, recalculation checks, and safety assessments on the gates and hoists of the Waigaoqiao Pumping Station, the Dianshui Lake Outlet Gate, and the Luchaoyin River Water Gate; issue gate and hoist safety inspection reports.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：供應(yīng)商具有水利部水利工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)乙級(jí)及以上（巖土工程、混凝土工程、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)械電氣和量測(cè)）資質(zhì)，同時(shí)具有水利水電勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)乙級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)或經(jīng)水利部認(rèn)定，可承擔(dān)大中型水閘安全評(píng)價(jià)的單位。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The supplier has the second-class or above qualification of water conservancy project quality inspection (geotechnical engineering, concrete engineering, metal structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, and measurement) by Ministry of Water Resources, and at the same time has the second-class or above qualification of hydroelectric survey and design or is recognized by Ministry of Water Resources, which can undertake the safety assessment of large and medium-sized sluice gates.
