簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)《浦東新區(qū)關于推進環(huán)保管家服務工作的指導意見》【浦府規(guī)〔****〕7號】精神，擬通過公開采購的方式，引入第三方環(huán)保服務機構參與高東鎮(zhèn)環(huán)保工作。主要內(nèi)容包括開展企業(yè)固定污染源巡查（幫扶指導）；為**0家企業(yè)制定“一廠一策”方案；協(xié)助開展6.5環(huán)境日宣傳活動及環(huán)保培訓宣傳工作；協(xié)助開展高東產(chǎn)業(yè)社區(qū)環(huán)境綜合管理等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions of Pudong New Area on Promoting Environmental Protection Butler Service" [Pu Fu Gui [****] No. 7], it is planned to introduce third-party environmental protection service agencies to participate in the environmental protection work of Gaodong Town through public procurement. The main contents include carrying out inspections of fixed pollution sources of enterprises (assistance and guidance); Formulated a "one factory, one policy" plan for **0 enterprises; Assist in carrying out 6.5 Environment Day publicity activities and environmental protection training and publicity; Assist in the comprehensive management of the environment of Gaodong industrial community.
