簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為保障惠南鎮(zhèn)村居、智慧公安、下立交、重點場所、垃圾房監(jiān)控正常運行，通過對所有的視頻監(jiān)控進行專業(yè)維護保養(yǎng)，及時維修更換損壞零件，保證設備正常使用，延長設備使用周期。保障系統(tǒng)設備處于良好地正常運行狀態(tài)，提高系統(tǒng)的有效工作年限。詳見招標文件“第二章項目招標需求”。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To ensure the normal operation of monitoring systems in villages, smart public security, underpasses, key areas, and garbage rooms in Huinan Town, professional maintenance and upkeep of all video surveillance systems are carried out, and damaged parts are promptly repaired and replaced to ensure the normal use of equipment and extend its service life. Ensure that the system equipment is in good working condition and improve the effective service life of the system. Please refer to "Chapter 2 Project Bidding Requirements" in the bidding documents for details.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）本次招標需要網上投標，投標人必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書）；
（2）具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照或相關證件；
（3）具有承接本項目的人員、設備、場所等相關條件；
（4）報名截止之日前三年內，在政府采購活動中無不良行為記錄；
（5）公司資產狀況良好，依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This bidding requires online bidding, and bidders must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, location, and other relevant conditions to undertake this project; (4) Within the three years prior to the registration deadline, there is no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (5) The company has a good asset condition, pays taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, has a good commercial reputation, and a sound financial accounting system;
