簡要規(guī)則描述：****年惠南鎮(zhèn)積水點(diǎn)改造工程物探。主要工作內(nèi)容：根據(jù)《城市地下管線探測技術(shù)規(guī)程(CJJ**-****)》要求，地下管線探測對象是指探測區(qū)內(nèi)埋設(shè)于地下的上水、雨（污）水、燃?xì)狻㈦娏?、電信（含光纜）、熱力、工業(yè)管道等市政和公用管線及鐵路、民航、軍用等其他專用管線。對工作范圍內(nèi)各種管線編制外（內(nèi)）業(yè)點(diǎn)號(hào)，探明工作范圍內(nèi)地下管線的平面位置（管線點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)）、地面高程、埋深和走向，并調(diào)查其管種、材質(zhì)、管徑、流向、壓力（或電壓）、總孔數(shù)。具體項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以磋商文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)（詳見采購需求）。

(4)具有承接本項(xiàng)目的人員、設(shè)備及其他條件；
(5)具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
(6)有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄；
(7)供應(yīng)商在近三年內(nèi)無違法犯罪記錄；
(8)未被列入“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的供應(yīng)商；
