簡要規(guī)則描述:浦東新區(qū)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)蘆潮港社區(qū),六個小區(qū)內(nèi)房屋多處外墻飾面層出現(xiàn)不同程度的空鼓、裂縫等現(xiàn)象,為了解上述外墻損壞原因,需委托檢測單位對上述小區(qū)外墻面進行專項檢測,并對存在問題出具相應的處理建議,為后續(xù)處理提供依據(jù)

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定;

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求:1)強制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品政策; 2)鼓勵節(jié)能政策;3)鼓勵環(huán)保政策; 4)扶持中小企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)政策, 監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位視同小型、微型企業(yè)。 5)本項目不接受進口產(chǎn)品。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1) Compulsory purchase of energy-saving products policy; 2) Encourage energy-saving policies; 3) Encourage environmental protection policies; 4) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of persons with disabilities, prison enterprises and welfare units for persons with disabilities are regarded as small and micro enterprises. 5) This project does not accept imported products.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求:3、具備有效的省級(或以上)相關部門頒發(fā)的房屋質量檢測證書
4、具備省級或直轄市質量技術監(jiān)督管理部門核發(fā)的檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書(含有外墻粘結缺陷紅外檢測、系統(tǒng)粘結強度、錨栓抗拉拔強度、節(jié)能構造等檢測參數(shù)),檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書(CMA)。
本項目專門面向中、小企業(yè),非法人組織等各類供應商采購。(殘疾人福利性單位、監(jiān)獄企業(yè)視同小型、微型企業(yè)。)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3, with a valid provincial (or above) relevant departments issued by the housing quality inspection certificate 4, with the provincial or municipal quality and technical supervision and management department issued by the inspection and testing institution qualification certificate (including external wall bonding defect infrared detection, system bonding strength, anchor tensile strength, energy saving structure and other detection parameters), Inspection and testing organization Qualification Certificate (CMA).

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定;
