簡要規(guī)則描述：浦東新區(qū)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)蘆潮港社區(qū)，六個小區(qū)內(nèi)房屋多處外墻飾面層出現(xiàn)不同程度的空鼓、裂縫等現(xiàn)象，為了解上述外墻損壞原因，需委托檢測單位對上述小區(qū)外墻面進行專項檢測，并對存在問題出具相應的處理建議，為后續(xù)處理提供依據(jù)

4、具備省級或直轄市質量技術監(jiān)督管理部門核發(fā)的檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書（含有外墻粘結缺陷紅外檢測、系統(tǒng)粘結強度、錨栓抗拉拔強度、節(jié)能構造等檢測參數(shù)），檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書（CMA）。
本項目專門面向中、小企業(yè)，非法人組織等各類供應商采購。（殘疾人福利性單位、監(jiān)獄企業(yè)視同小型、微型企業(yè)。）
