簡要規(guī)則描述：與供應(yīng)商簽訂項(xiàng)目服務(wù)合同，供應(yīng)商提供城運(yùn)熱線平臺話務(wù)信息處理工作，主要負(fù)責(zé)各渠道來源的熱線工單的接聽、先行聯(lián)系，掌握市民核心訴求，做好相關(guān)溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作；負(fù)責(zé)對簡易類問題進(jìn)行回復(fù)反饋；根據(jù)熱線工單辦理結(jié)果開展回訪、記錄等工作；負(fù)責(zé)熱線系統(tǒng)相關(guān)流程操作；負(fù)責(zé)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。具體實(shí)際服務(wù)內(nèi)容以采購人下達(dá)工作任務(wù)為準(zhǔn)。
Brief Specification Description:Sign a project service contract with the supplier, who provides telephone information processing services for the urban transportation hotline platform. The supplier is mainly responsible for answering and contacting hotline work orders from various channels, grasping the core demands of citizens, and doing a good job in relevant communication and coordination; Responsible for responding to and providing feedback on simple issues; Carry out follow-up and record keeping work based on the results of the hotline work order processing; Responsible for the operation of hotline system related processes; Responsible for other assigned tasks.
