| 投標(biāo)資格 | 本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目要求投標(biāo)人具備住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)行政主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的足夠能力來(lái)履行本合同的具有獨(dú)立法人資格且同時(shí)具有以下①、②項(xiàng)資質(zhì)的單位或聯(lián)合體：①具備住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)行政主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的合格有效的工程設(shè)計(jì)建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）專(zhuān)業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)；或工程設(shè)計(jì)建筑行業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)；或工程設(shè)計(jì)綜合甲級(jí)資質(zhì)（注：若投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)為設(shè)計(jì)綜合甲級(jí)資質(zhì)，則須滿(mǎn)足《工程設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中與本項(xiàng)目相對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)型對(duì)人員配置的要求）； ②具備住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)行政主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的合格有效的工程勘察巖土工程勘察（分項(xiàng)）專(zhuān)業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)和工程勘察巖土工程設(shè)計(jì)（分項(xiàng)）專(zhuān)業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)和工程勘察巖土工程物探測(cè)試檢測(cè)監(jiān)測(cè)（分項(xiàng)）專(zhuān)業(yè)甲 級(jí)資質(zhì)；或工程勘察巖土工程專(zhuān)業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)；或工程勘察綜合甲級(jí)資質(zhì)。土工實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)立要求：參加投標(biāo)的勘察單位，應(yīng)在我省具有與招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目相適應(yīng)的土工試驗(yàn)室和技術(shù)人員，以保證勘察結(jié)果的真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確和可靠，具體按閩建辦科[****]** 號(hào)文規(guī)定執(zhí)行 |
